If you’re looking for a way to lose weight without dieting, there are plenty of options. One of the most popular ways is to cut out all meats and eat only plants. That’s what made weight loss in 7 days possible for me. It’s a lifestyle change which helped me drop 4.8kg in just 7 days.
I decided to write this article to encourage anyone interested in trying a meat-free diet to do so. It’s not easy going vegan, but it’s worth it in the end. You may not lose as much weight as you would on a standard diet, but you will lose weight and feel better.
Eat Lots of Fruit And Veggies
Cutting meat out of your diet is a great way to lose weight. However, it’s not always easy to achieve. One of the main reasons is that many people aren’t used to eating a lot of fruit and veggies. If you want to lose weight, you may need to slowly integrate veggies and fruit into your diet. This is why I recommend eating lots of both – it’s good for your health and helps you lose weight.
I began my journey to weight loss on Day 1 by simply cutting out all meat. That’s all I had eaten for most of my life. Since then, I’ve gradually introduced more fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds into my diet. These foods are now a core part of my regimen. Each day, I eat a variety of fruit and veggies to ensure I get everything I need.
Consume Plenty Of Water
In a normal day, we get plenty of fluids – enough to satisfy our thirst. If you’re not drinking enough fluids, you’re likely to lose weight. If you want to shed the pounds, you need to drink at least 16 ounces for every hour that you spend outside. This can help mitigate the effects of dehydration and improve your chances of losing weight. If you want to be able to drink when you want, you should look into investing in a stylish water bottle. You won’t need to get a plastic one anymore – you can be certain that you’re getting the right amount of fluids each time you drink.
Avoid Sugary Drinks
Sugary drinks are something to avoid if you want to lose weight. It’s well-established that too much sugar can cause you to gain fat. This is why I avoid them altogether. When I do drink them, I do so in moderation. If you want to lose weight, it’s better to stick to fresh fruit juices and vegetable-based drinks. The former will help you meet your daily requirements for vitamins and minerals, the latter will keep you hydrated.
Exercise
Whether you’ve tried it or not, exercise has been proven time and time again to be an effective way of losing weight. It’s good for your heart, it’s good for your mental health, and it’s good for your overall well-being. If you want to lose weight, it’s a good idea to start by doing some gentle exercise – take a walk, swim a few laps, or do some push-ups. Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, you can up the pace a bit. Remember, though, that too much exercise can cause you to gain more weight. It’s important to find the right level of exercise for you.
After about a week of eating healthy and drinking plenty of water, I began to see some changes in my body. Not only did I begin losing weight, but my clothes began fitting better as well. The cutest part is that I didn’t have to rely on calories as much – the food I was eating provided me with all the energy I needed to be active. This change in my diet gave me the boost I needed to continue with my weight loss endeavors. It’s never easy giving up food you know and love, but I’m happy to report that I’m now 85% vegan and have not looked back since.
