As soon as I reached my goal, I decided it was time for me to try something new. I wanted to challenge myself, and as a result, I started working out more. I started with simple exercises and gradually increased my workout routine. Within a month, I had lost 60 pounds. I was ecstatic about my progress and decided to set another goal. This time, I wanted to lose 80 pounds by the end of the year. Once again, I reached my goal, and I was over the moon. Finally, I had lost 100 pounds. I hadn’t worked out this hard in years, and I knew it was time for me to celebrate. I was proud of myself for maintaining such a positive attitude throughout all of this.
