I will be the first to admit that I am not the most popular guy in the world. Truthfully, I haven’t had many fans since I got started in the adult industry. However, over the years, I have managed to accumulate a small group of supporters who enjoy my work and help me spread the word about my blog. One of those people is Jared, a client of mine who first discovered my blog through my Twitter account. A few weeks back, he decided to take a chance on my services and agreed to let me document his journey as he changed his lifestyle and lost all the weight he had gained due to his hectic schedule. The Genesis Of Jared’s Transformation
As I mentioned, Jared first discovered my blog through my Twitter account, @iLoveSexyPeople. He followed my account because I often tweet about sexual health and fitness, which is something he is passionate about. After seeing my tweets about sexual health and fitness, Jared decided that my services would be of great interest to him since he is also looking for ways to improve his health. With his generous self, he decided to pay for my services and agreed to let me document his journey as he changed his lifestyle and lost all the weight he had gained due to his hectic schedule.
Before I get started, I would like to mention that the idea for this blog post came from Jared. He came up with the idea and pitched it to me. I think it’s a great idea and I am looking forward to sharing his transformation with my readers.
How Old Is Jared?
Jared is 23 years old. He is a year older than I am and a whole year wiser. While he will never admit it, he’s been through a lot in his young life and has learned a lot. Not only does he now know how important it is to stick to a diet and exercise routine, but he also knows how to make the most out of his body and how to keep his body in good condition. Due to his athletic and healthy lifestyle, it’s no surprise that he’s lost a lot of weight. But what’s interesting is that he’s kept the weight off and hasn’t suffered from any major weight-related issues. How Much Weight Did Jared Lose?
When Jared initially visited my website, he chose to remain anonymous because he didn’t want anyone to know about his weight loss journey. Since then, he has been completely open about his transition. Due to his height, most people wouldn’t guess that Jared is actually very slim. Let’s take a look at some of his previous photographs
As you can see from the photos above, Jared started out very obese. He couldn’t even fit through the door of my gym due to his size. But over the years, Jared has successfully lost a whopping 69 pounds. He’s kept the weight off and doesn’t suffer from any major weight-related health issues. Even his doctor is impressed with his transformation.

Did you know that Subway is the world’s third-largest restaurant chain? It is, and it’s been around for over 70 years. Subway’s History Of Serving Huge Men
Did you know that when Subway first opened its doors, it was originally only open to men? Yes, back in those days, eating healthy was not a common thing for women. Therefore, the managers at Subway felt that they would only fit women if they were smaller than a certain size. Luckily, that wasn’t the case and the restaurant has always served everyone regardless of their size.
Why Does Jared Want To Lose Weight?
It’s no secret that Jared wants to lose weight. As I mentioned, he first discovered my blog through my Twitter account, where I often tweet about sexual health and fitness. After reading some of my tweets, he decided that he wanted to lose weight and contacted me to see if I could help.
I asked him why he wanted to lose weight, and he said, “I want to look and feel my best at all times. Right now, I feel like I’m letting myself go and getting a bit poochy.” He also mentioned that he wanted to avoid getting sick and having to cancel important events because of his health issues. When I asked how many important events he has had to cancel recently, he said, “I’ve had to cancel a few board meetings and a lot of work events. I never used to get sick, but now I feel like I’m getting the flu every other week.” So it seems like Jared is taking his health seriously and is willing to make changes to ensure that he stays healthy.
What Changes Did Jared Make To Lose Weight?
As I mentioned, @iLoveSexyPeople is my Twitter account. I run a Twitter campaign called #ILookLikeASexyPerson, which is a parody of the #ILookLikeANaturalPerson campaign. The idea behind the parody is that often times when people see someone of a different gender, they will automatically think that they look like a stereotypical fat person. Even when a person doesn’t fit the typical fat guy image, others may still think that they look a bit gross or unappetizing. The point is that we all need to remember that appearances can be deceiving and we should always strive to look at people for their characters and not their looks.
Anyway, back to Jared. He started his journey at a weight of 538 pounds and dropped to a weight of 345 pounds. Most people will lose weight by either cutting out food groups or increasing their intake of healthy foods. Since Jared came from a family of heavy eaters, he decided to focus on cutting out foods that were bad for him and incorporating more fruits and vegetables into his diet. Jared also started doing interval training and found that it helped him to fat loss. This is because interval training allows the body to use different types of muscles during exercise, which results in different hormones being released and different pathways being triggered within the brain. These are all useful for weight loss.
How Is Jared’s Weight Loss Journey Going?
As of now, Jared’s weight loss journey is going great! He has lost a total of 69 pounds and isn’t quite there yet, but he’s getting close. He mentioned that when he hit his target weight of 345 pounds, he felt relieved and happy. Since then, he has been on a strict diet regimen and makes sure to eat healthy at all times. He avoids sugar, alcohol, and anything that is fried. He also exercises regularly and makes it a point to stretch once or twice a day. And last but not least, he credits his success to the support of his wife and friends, as well as the healthy foods that he eats.
While there’s no question that Jared’s weight loss journey is amazing to follow, it’s not always easy. There are times when he wants to give up due to lack of motivation or worse, when he hits a plateau. But then there are also times when everything clicks and he loses a few pounds without even trying. The important thing to keep in mind is that as long as you keep putting in the work, you will continue to see results. So, what are you waiting for?
