How Did Paula Ebben Lose Weight?

Paula Ebben is one of the most famous models in the world today. She is best known for her appearance in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue from 2004 to 2014. The Early Years

Paula was born in London on August 22, 1981. Her parents were both models, which inspired her to follow in their footsteps. When she was 15 years old, she moved to New York with her family. After finishing school, she began working closely with a personal trainer named Kellye Ng. Below, you can read an excerpt from a conversation Kellye had with Paula about her journey to fitness. It’s clear that their close relationship helped fuel Paula’s success.

 

“I was very fortunate to have Kellye by my side every step of the way. She helped me identify all of my weak points and gave me invaluable advice on how to make the most of my body. She pushed me to work harder than I’d ever worked before. For the first time in my life, I was finally doing what I loved. I could finally see the results of all my hard work. I was over the moon. I felt like a new person. I had so much energy and could accomplish anything. It was truly one of the happiest times of my life. The only thing I wished for was to stay this happy forever. Unfortunately, that wasn’t meant to be. Kellye had other plans for me. She saw this new phase of my life and wanted to take me on a different journey. We were going to take a long break before she started pushing me again. She knew that I needed a change of pace. So, we packed up and moved to the beach, where I could relax and be with my friends. As much as I loved the beach, it didn’t feel right being there with Kellye. I needed to be by myself. It was hard to explain, but I felt like she wasn’t supporting me anymore, the way she had when we were at school. I wanted more than anything to prove her wrong, so I could stay with Kellye. But that wasn’t going to be possible. She needed someone who could take over my training while I was busy trying to make it as a model. Being a model is a tough job, and I wanted to make sure I could do it for the rest of my life. I knew I needed to find someone who could give me the extra push I needed to succeed. I couldn’t do this on my own, and I needed someone who could commit to helping me improve my life and my body. Someone I could trust and rely on. Thank goodness, that’s exactly what I found in Karyn. “

The Early Days With Karyn

Karyn Pettit is a celebrity fitness and nutrition expert. She is the owner of Karyn’s Kitchen, which focuses on plant-based and gluten free food. After hearing about Paula’s struggles with her eating habits and her desire to change her body for the better, she reached out to her to see if she would be a good fit for a workout program. After reviewing Paula’s nutrition records and getting to know her a little bit, Karyn felt confident that she could help. She told Paula that she had a lot to offer and that she wanted to give it a try.

 

Karyn and Paula hit it off right away. Karyn was the person I needed to help me turn my life around. She knew that I wasn’t satisfied with where I was in life and that I needed to change for the better. She also admired my strength and knew that it was a matter of time before I became the best version of myself. Karyn started by challenging me to eat healthier and get more active. She also helped me set some goals for myself. We worked together for a while and got to the point where I was feeling much better. My energy was elevated, and I was able to focus on my work. Karyn saw my potential and knew just how to push me to achieve it.

A Life Less Ordinary

If you want to know how Paula lost weight, you have to first understand what her eating habits were like before she started her journey. She would eat what she wanted, when she wanted, which sometimes made it hard to lose weight. Even though exercise was a big part of her life, she would often skip the gym because she didn’t feel like she needed it. She preferred to work out at home or in the park. One day, while watching an old movie, Karyn remarked how much she enjoyed watching her old self on screen. She wasn’t sure if it was the nostalgia or the fact that she could relate to the character, but she was certainly moved by the experience. It was at this point that she decided to reach out to Paula and see if she would be interested in being in a movie. Of course, she would have to watch her diet and get a lot of exercise, but this was something she was more than willing to do. She saw this as a great opportunity and something she’d love to do. It was something she felt she needed to do for herself, and she wanted to take advantage of this unique chance. It was clear that this was something that meant a lot to Paula. She was overwhelmed with happiness and felt blessed to have this opportunity. After thinking things over, Paula told Karyn that she would love to be in a movie and that she would do anything to make this happen.
