Trulicity is a new weight loss supplement that’s been getting a lot of attention recently, especially since it boasts a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee. Does this mean you can try out the product and if you don’t like it, you can get your money back? We decided to put it to the test.
Our aim was to see if Trulicity is a reputable company that stands behind its weight loss claims, or if it is a scam that is being advertised
To do this, we conducted a consumer test in which we scored the product based on five criteria:
- The packaging and labeling on the product
- The ingredients of the product
- The taste of the product
- The value for money
- The satisfaction level of the product
The Appearance score reflected how the product looked when you opened the packaging, the labeling, and the color. We were looking for things like bright colors that would pop or go unnoticed and smooth and shiny packaging that would catch the eye. We also wanted to check for signs of tampering or fakes. For example, if the product was on sale for less than its actual price, it could be a giveaway that the company is trying to rip you off.
The Ingredients score reflected how easy it was to find out what was in the product and how much of it there was. We were looking for low-cost and environmentally-friendly ingredients that could contribute to a better lifestyle. For example, are you trying to reduce your caffeine intake or cut back on foods with artificial colors and flavors? You could benefit from an all-natural weight loss supplement that fits within these parameters.
- The overall taste of the product
- Its strength
- The presence or absence of artificial or synthetic flavors
- The presence or absence of artificial or synthetic sweeteners
- The presence or absence of gluten
- The presence or absence of dairy products
- The presence or absence of wheat products
- The presence or absence of peanuts
- The presence or absence of egg products
- The presence or absence of yeast products
- The overall texture of the product
With each ingredient scored on a scale from zero to three, the Taste score reflected how easy it was to find out how much each one contributed to the overall taste of the product. Strong, zesty flavors like lime and grapefruit were scored highly, while mild, sweet flavors like strawberries and cherries were scored low. We were looking for a product that had a fair bit of spice in it so that we could get a sense of what was in it without having tried it before.
Value For Money
The Value for Money score reflected how much you were likely to spend on the product compared to what you would normally pay for the same item. Naturally, we were looking for the best value for money ratio possible so that we could recommend the product based on its cost effectiveness. Some companies will claim to offer the best value for money ratio possible, but when you actually compare pricing, you might find that they are lying.
The overall Level of satisfaction score reflected how much you were likely to be satisfied with the product. We were looking for a product that would give us a good feeling when used as directed. Some companies might hype up the level of satisfaction that their product provides, but when you compare their claims to the reality of using the product, you might see that they are just trying to fleece you.
Finally, we gave the product an Overall Opinion score that was based on our overall impressions of it. We were looking for a score that would reflect how much we genuinely liked or disliked the product. Overall Opinion scores range from zero to six, with six being the best score and zero being the worst. Zero would indicate that we have never tried the product and are unaware of its reputation while six would mean that we have tried the product and have a very high opinion of it.
Trulicity scored highest on the Appearance, Ingredients, and Value For Money criteria, and it also scored the highest overall on our five point test. This led us to believe that it can be a reputable company that offers good quality products at affordable prices. That is a combination that we can get behind.
